Just a different idea from each technical support person we call. I don't see how it can be the LNB since I still get all the G-19 channels except for the one's that switched from the AMC satellite. _________________________ May we be one so that the world may be won. If you pick up the channels there, you know the problem is outside of your house and not inside. If it is outside, maybe they will loan you their LNBF to determine if it is your dish or your LNBF. You can find out if you have a bent dish by measuring from one side to the other. The distance from the bottom to the top should be the same as from one side to the other. If it is not, the dish is bent. I just gave away my last extra LNBF a couple of months ago or I would send you that one. Thanks. These are good helpful ideas. The suggestions by the CSRs are all valid issues to check. My guess is a slight dish misalignment, incorrect LNBF rotation, bent reflector or incorrect programming. Some great suggestions have been made here about checking your receiver on a correctly aimed dish or swapping the LNBF to verify function. If you were receiving the Adventist channels before the move, I am 99% sure that you won't require any replacement equipment. But by the time I paid someone to do all the good suggestions .... I might as well have started all over with new equipment. I dunno. I'm at my wits end.
