If my sister-in-law from Costa Rica comes we make take vacation and go for a few days. What's a "real Adventist" ? :) I will show ways in which I may not be a real Adventist to those who make statements like that.....I have never attended, and have no wish to attend, a GC. Does that make me heathen? Also I have never attended an Adventist school in spite of having grown up in a town that was predominantly SDA at that time, with SDA parents. Of course if I was nearby and there was a CA meeting.... I hope those who do make GC are blessed.

Some churches stay open all week and televise the meetings there for those members wanting to watch that don't have satellite at home. I think most Adventists can get to feeling like they are not "real Adventists" if they focus on the issues where they disagree with the movement. However when I put aside those areas where I disagree and focus only on the common ground, I feel quite a bit like a "real" Adventist. _________________________ Ask me about the hidden US Politics forum here.
