I recalibrated it on a measured course and it's now showing me plodding along at a more accurate pace. Went to my gym, started with 30" on the treadmill at 1.0 incline doing intervals. Then some dips, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, calf work and some power cleans. I'm ready. Are you?
