Wannabe-athletes and/or Ex-athletes is fine by me.
I would just like to encourage more (especially older) Adventists to maintain their health and fitness. My concern stems from growing up Adventist and listening to health reform talks but always noticing that the focus was on food and rarely ever on exercise. Then as I grew older I noticed the gaunt looks of those members who were very strict about their diets but did no exercise. Since then, I've been looking for that happy medium where we as Adventists, just by our appearance, can be living, walking testimonies to our faith.

Or they exercise and forget to eat correctly. Both should be encouraged. One without the other is not good. But together they fit like a glove.
